How Tabernacle Ministries collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated October 6, 2026

Tabernacle Ministries (“we” or “us”) is the teaching ministry of Dr. Bobby L. Sparks, based in Greenville, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tabernacleministries.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer your questions, schedule speaking engagements and fill your orders.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a seminar. Our contact and seminar booking forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, along with anything you choose to include in your message, such as your church or event details.

When you place an order. To process and deliver your order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you buy. If you buy a digital product, we keep a record of your downloads.

When you have an account. If you have a customer account, we store your sign-in details, order history and saved addresses.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor (such as PayPal or Square). Your card number goes directly to them. We never see or store it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your messages, arrange seminars and speaking engagements, process and ship orders, provide downloads, send order confirmations and receipts, prevent fraud, keep required financial records, and maintain and improve the website. We do not send you marketing email unless you ask for it, and any such email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the ministry, and only as much as they need to do their work.

Payment processors (such as PayPal or Square) take your payment. Shipping carriers deliver physical orders. Our email delivery provider (Brevo) sends form messages and order emails. Our website hosting provider stores the site and its data. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces and receives your IP address when a page loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our ministry, our visitors or others.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them only to make the site work: to remember the items in your cart, keep you signed in, complete checkout, and remember your cookie and accessibility preferences. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. We keep messages and booking requests as long as we need them to respond to you and arrange events. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at info@tabernacleministries.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information, such as completed order records, to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy law may give you additional rights, and we will honor those requests as that law requires.

How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to our records is limited to the people who need it, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
